Given the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable content, online courses, subscriptions, event tickets where content is immediately accessible), our policy for digital goods is as follows:

  • All Sales Are Final (No Refunds): Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product or service, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access has been granted. This is because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way physical goods can, and once accessed, it cannot be un-accessed.
